To make a long story short - this rose is the best balatoni rose for me. After a week wine tasting in the region, this winery came into my sight accidentally at the end of our tour. I chose this rose next to my duck breast, perfect pairing. Salmon colour, medium raspberry with some salty mineral taste in the nose. Dry, with medium body and high acidity as ragular in this wine region. I can detect a hint of natural CO2 that makes this rose super fresh. However, it went so well with the duck, I enjoyed it a lot.
